Guests serve themselves. Waiter service, passed hors d’oeuvres, table service and on-site carving are not offered.
Planning your gathering
Estimated package prices are per guest unless an individual piece is specified. Buffet packages require at least 25 guests. À la carte salads, appetizers, breads, entrées, sides and desserts require at least 25 portions of each dish; à la carte hors d’oeuvres require at least 50 pieces of each selection.
Package entrée portions are planned across the selected dishes for the confirmed guest count. Two entrée choices do not mean two full dinner portions per guest. Quantities are planned; this is not an unlimited buffet.
Food preparation, disposable food pans and serving utensils are included in these proposed prices. Delivery, initial buffet setup, chafing equipment, fuel, guest plates, cutlery, napkins and beverages are quoted separately. On-site buffet replenishment, table clearing and cleanup are not included.
GF identifies a recipe intended to use ingredients without gluten. Vegan identifies a recipe intended to contain no animal ingredients. Ingredient and supplier checks are required before confirming these labels. Shared preparation and buffet areas can cause cross-contact; discuss allergies before booking.
